Inspired by the Black Rooster of Chianti and his Italian roots, the wine bar reflects a deep passion for authentic wine, simple food and genuine hospitality.

The first Gallonero
Gallonero was first born in 2008, almost as a game — a spontaneous idea built on friendship, wine and the simple joy of being together.
What started lightly soon became a loved and welcoming place, appreciated for its atmosphere and authenticity.
The new Beginning
In 2016, Gallonero was reborn — this time as a bet,
driven by determination and the desire to create something meaningful.
More than a wine bar,
it became a place to meet, share stories and celebrate good wine and good company.
